Dated 1848 June 6, volume contains 14 maps of property in Roxbury and Jamica Plain surveyed by Whitney and drawn by C.H. Poole. Notes indicate who the land was sold to, to about 1871. Includes: "Plan of School and Seaver Street lands situated in Roxbury," surveyed by J.C. Sharp (1848 Dec. 13); and, "Canal lot [Roxbury Canal]," Garbett & Wood, Surveyors (1844 Dec. 5).
